Chris is a portfolio manager on the Real Return team which he joined in 2017. Prior to his role expanding to incorporate portfolio management responsibilities, Chris provided investment support, including analysis and data management, to the wider Real Return team.

Strategy focus
Chris joined Newton in 2000 as a member of the portfolio management support team, prior to which he worked for Hill Samuel Asset Management as a derivatives dealer for the global strategy desk.
Chris holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Management from Liverpool John Moores University and has completed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Outside of work, Chris balances family life with a keen interest in a wide range of sports.
