Before joining Newton, Miki was a senior research analyst at Mellon Investments Corporation and The Boston Company Asset Management (both BNY group companies). Over her two decades in the industry and 18 years at the firm, she has covered the consumer staples, consumer discretionary and healthcare sectors across the US, EAFE (Europe, Australasia and the Far East) and the EM (emerging markets).
Prior to joining BNY, Miki worked at Leerink Swann & Co., a healthcare investment bank, advising venture capital and private equity firms, as well as pharmaceutical, biotech and medical-device companies, on strategic growth opportunities.
